From constant notifications and background noise to overflowing screens and endless social media feeds, we are surrounded by distractions competing for our attention every day. At our June 19th Sunrise breakfast, Lisa Lounsbury of Art Lab Rx will share practical, no-nonsense strategies for reducing the audio and visual inputs that contribute to stress, overwhelm, and decreased focus. Attendees will learn simple ways to minimize distractions, create healthier environments, and establish boundaries with social media so they can be more intentional, productive, and present in both their personal and professional lives.
