This interactive Lunch & Learn expands on the concepts introduced during the Sunrise Networking presentation and gives leaders a hands-on opportunity to explore the hidden human dynamics that shape communication, team friction, execution, and decision-making. 

Most leadership challenges are not caused by a lack of intelligence, strategy, or effort. They emerge because people interpret pressure, responsibility, communication, and change differently - especially inside fast-moving teams and businesses. 

Through guided discussion, interactive exercises, and real-world leadership examples, participants will explore:

  • Why “people problems” are often decision and system problems 
  • How personality labels can oversimplify real leadership dynamics 
  • The human signals leaders often miss before friction, misalignment, or execution breakdowns appear 
  • How stress and pressure change communication and team behavior 
  • Practical ways to improve alignment, reduce friction, and make stronger leadership decisions
