Dr. Shanna Ghizoni of Total Health and Healing will break down how chronic stress and overextension impact the body, from hormones to inflammation, and why so many high achievers find themselves stuck in survival mode. Attendees will gain a clearer picture of what healthier patterns actually look like and walk away with practical, realistic steps to begin making a sustainable shift.

To make the morning even better, we will be celebrating 15 YEARS OF WORKING WITH WOMEN! Come early for a fun, informal networking game, anniversary style, and stay after for cake and our business birthday photo.
