About

Hi! I am Kara, an Executive Advisor who works with business leaders when they find themselves feeling alone in their leadership role or sitting inside a complex leadership team. These leaders have large goals or obstacles standing in front of them and need the right support to get unstuck or keep moving forward.  

As their trusted advisor with an operational background, I hold space for them to feel safe in processing their thoughts and challenge areas, I spot gaps and shine light on blind spots they are too close to see, and I support them in creating action plans that encourage growth.  

Asking difficult questions and having the hard conversations are my specialty. My clients lean on me to clear their path - sometimes that looks like having the scary conversations with their teams on their behalf, other times it looks like being their cheerleader - either way, it always results in a healthier working environment which leads to a healthier work and life integration.  

I come about this work organically, after nearly 30 years of working with leaders at all levels, building departments and people across the world. I find joy helping others find their way.
