Job Summary:

We are seeking an entry-level Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in New Hope, MN. This hands-on position is responsible for loading materials into machines, operating stamping equipment, inspecting completed parts, and performing basic finishing tasks.

No previous machine operation experience is required, and training will be provided. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a physically active manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure required materials are delivered to the workstation or retrieve materials as needed.
Load raw materials into machines according to specifications.
Set stamping trays and initiate machine operation.
Monitor equipment during production to ensure proper operation.
Remove trays and completed parts from equipment.
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
Deburr finished parts to remove excess material and rough edges.
Identify and report quality or production concerns.
Handle materials safely throughout the production process.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
Follow established work instructions, production procedures, and safety requirements.
Assist with additional production and manufacturing tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to read and write in English.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic arithmetic skills required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable with consistent attendance.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Willingness to learn machine operation and manufacturing processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for most of the workday.
Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to frequently walk, bend, reach, carry materials, and perform repetitive movements.
Ability to walk up and down steps while safely handling materials as required.

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced manufacturing and production environment.
Regular exposure to stamping machinery, production equipment, and manufacturing materials.
Facility is not temperature controlled and may become hot during the summer months.
Physically active position requiring frequent movement and material handling.
Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.
Must consistently follow established machine operation and workplace safety
procedures.
