Livea is a fast-growing medical and wellness organization specializing in evidence-based weight management, GLP-1 therapies, hormone optimization, nutrition coaching, metabolic care, and a broad range of wellness-based products and services. Our teams are passionate about helping clients transform their health—and we’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating clients, supporting sales growth, and helping clients achieve their goals.

This position is ideal for someone with a background in med spa, aesthetics, injectables, IV therapy, wellness, retail, sales, or consultative client service. This individual will support both our medical and nutrition clients while helping drive client engagement, program participation, product awareness, and overall center success.

This is a floating position open to supporting any of our six metro locations, including Apple Valley, Edina, Minnetonka, Roseville, Woodbury, and Coon Rapids.

What You'll Do:

  • Support and guide clients through both nutrition and medical wellness programs
  • Educate clients on Livea’s products, services, treatments, and offerings
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to support their goals
  • Support center growth through client engagement, retention, referrals, and overall client experience
  • Help promote awareness of current services, promotions, and wellness offerings
  • Assist with product sales and helping clients understand the benefits of programs and services
  • Create a welcoming, polished, and engaging client experience
  • Partner with center leadership to support daily operations and team success
  • Serve as a resource to both nutrition and medical clients
  • Assist with front desk support, scheduling, follow-up calls, product purchases, and client questions

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in med spa, aesthetics, wellness, retail, cosmetic injectables, hormone therapy, IV therapy, sales, or a related client-focused environment preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable educating clients and making personalized recommendations
  • Sales-focused mindset with the ability to build excitement around products and services
  • Positive, polished, professional presence
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Leadership mindset with a willingness to support the team and center operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Open to floating between multiple metro locations as needed

Schedule Requirements:

  • Part-time schedule of approximately 20–25 hours per week to start
  • Opportunity to work toward approximately 30 hours per week or potential full-time hours in the future
  • Must be available to work approximately 3 Saturday mornings per month from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Must be available to work Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Must be available for 1–2 additional full weekdays per week
  • Must be open to supporting multiple metro locations
  • Additional flexibility may be needed based on center needs
