About

Manna Market is a nonprofit food rescue ministry serving families throughout the Twin Cities. Our mission is to be good stewards of the abundance God blesses this country with; to build community through the distribution of recovered food; and to provide opportunities for people to grow in the Christian faith.

We rescue edible surplus food from local retailers and businesses and distribute it free of charge through our Saturday distribution, mobile distribution sites, and home delivery program. In 2025, Manna Market distributed approximately 5.9 million pounds of food through more than 130,000 family visits.

Our work is made possible by volunteers, donors, churches, businesses, and community partners. We welcome local businesses to partner with Manna through employee volunteer opportunities, financial support, sponsorships, food rescue partnerships, and other ways of serving our community together.
